We are a group of storm spotters and chasers from all walks of life. Many are active amateur radio operators as well as weather enthusiasts. We focus on HAM radio for coordinating spotters and traffic. We also utilize conventional means such as Spotter Network, NWS chat, Radar Scope, and telephone.We are comprised of numerous groups across the region who donate their time and equipment to aid NWS in weather spotting activities. We are steadily working to expand coverage into the outer reaches of the area while growing our density with existing coverage.
